FYI, Resource One has replaced this Service Technician with an experienced, knowledged and trained technician who comes with a strong reputation.

I dealt with their repair services which were performed by a single technician. One of our carpet cleaning machines broke and the repair should have been covered under warranty. However it seems the management does not like doing warranty…
